House rule PC creation

Taking my friends advice (Ade), our house rule for rolling up human, elf & dwarf is this:
STR/CON/DEX/POW/CHA: 3d6, SIZ/INT: 2d6+6.
Elf: -2CON/+2 DEX.
Dwarf: +2 STR/-2 DEX, +4 CON/-4 SIZ, +1 category damage (+0 would be +1d4).
Anyone feel free to use this or not.
